If you should need reactive support then an engineer can be remotely connected within minutes and if we should need to attend site then an engineer can be dispatched immediately.

Our agreements are the most straight forward in the industry.  At some of the lowest hourly rates available we have  our maintenance and help-desk services agreement which includes all the pro-active managed IT you will need, including monitoring, regular software and firmware updates to all servers, computers and other devices, regular backup checks, regular meetings with your technical account manager and an annual IT road map.
